Top recruits: targeting 10 out-of-state stars the Hogs want. - Arkansas Business

George Baltimore, S, 5-10,188, Mansfield (Texas)

A 3-star who has a rating of 88 with 247Sports, Baltimore is the No. 26 safety in the nation and No. 66 recruit in Texas. He attended the Arkansas Red-White game in April on an unofficial visit and rates Arkansas, Oklahoma State and Baylor as his three leaders. Baltimore, who has offers from 12 other schools, finished with 78 tackles, 4 tackles for loss and 15 pass breakups as a junior.

Eric Beisel, ILB, 6-4, 236, Fenton (Mo.) Rockwood Summit

A talented middle linebacker who has offers from Arkansas, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, Indiana and Kansas, Beisel is rated a 3-star with a rating of 88 by 247Sports. Beisel is rated as the No. 28 inside linebacker nationally and the No. 6 recruit in Missouri. Also a talented baseball player, Beisel has been to Arkansas on an unofficial visit. He finished with 128 tackles as a junior.

Austin Bennett, WR, 6-1, 170, Manvel (Texas)

Bennett committed to Arkansas this winter after a junior day visit, but withdrew the commitment when Bobby Petrino was fired. Bennett was back on campus for the Red-White game in April and, though he committed to Oklahoma, is still considering the Razorbacks. Bennett is rated a 3-star recruit by 247Sports with a rating of 86. He is recognized as the No. 81 wide receiver in the country and No. 99-rated recruit in Texas. Arkansas, West Virginia, Ole Miss, SMU, TCU and Utah have offered Bennett, who caught 44 passes for 785 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior.

Jamone Boyd, DE, 6-4, 245, Lee's Summit (Mo.) West

Boyd unofficially visited Arkansas in June and while he hasn't been rated yet by 247Sports, he is considered one of the top recruits in Missouri. In addition to the Razorbacks, Boyd has offers from Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Kansas State and Oklahoma State. He said he would likely announce a decision by end of summer or after the first game this fall.

Zach Hannon, OT, 6-5, 298, Kansas City (Mo.) Rockhurst

Hannon, who is rated a 3-star by 247Sports with a rating of 87, the No. 56 offensive tackle in the nation and No. 7 recruit in Missouri, has made multiple visits to Fayetteville. Arkansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Nebraska and Northwestern are his favorites and he has 11 offers thus far. Has said he will make a decision in late June. Both parents graduated from Missouri. Hannon's choice could come down to Arkansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

Desmond Harrison, OT, 6-8, 330, San Pablo (Calif.) Contra Costa Community College

Harrison is a mammoth offensive tackle Arkansas is trying to sign with the thoughts he could contribute instantly. He has the size and quickness that few tackles have at this level. Arkansas, Arizona State and Boise State are among his favorites.

Toni Hunter, WR-ATH, 6-2,170, Prosper (Texas)

If the name sounds familiar, there's a reason. Hunter's dad is Pine Bluff native Torii Hunter Sr., who plays for the Los Angeles Angels. He is rated a 4-star recruit with a ranking of 90 by 247Sports. Nationally he's ranked as the No. 26 athlete and he's 39th on the list of top Texas prospects. Arkansas, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Arizona, Mississippi State and West Virginia have all offered. Also a very talented outfielder in baseball and wants to play both sports in college. Dave Van Horn is recruiting him for the Razorbacks as is the football staff.

Toby Johnson, DT, 6-4, 290, Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College

Johnson recently took an unofficial visit to Arkansas and left impressed. As a freshman he finished with 43 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 5 pass breakups, 1 recovered fumble and 1 forced fumble. Johnson holds offers from Arkansas, Tennessee, Nebraska, Texas A&M, USC, Arkansas State, Baylor, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Troy and West Virginia.

Antonio Longino, ILB, 6-2, 215, Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College

Longino visited Arkansas at same time that Johnson did and left Fayetteville saying that the Razorbacks are his favorite. Arkansas is known to want to sign an older linebacker and Longino could be the one. In addition to Arkansas, he holds offers from Texas A&M, Baylor, Cincinnati, Indiana, Minnesota, Toledo and West Virginia. Can make plays from sideline to sideline

Christian Morgan, TE, 6-5, 250, Plano (Texas) Prestonwood Christian Academy

Morgan is rated a 3-star by 247Sports, which also rates him an 88, No. 17 tight end in the nation and No. 63 recruit in Texas. He's made multiple unofficial visits to Arkansas in the past year and has 17 offers, but committed to Florida State after narrowing his list to Arkansas, Baylor and Ole Miss. Morgan caught 16 passes for 226 yards and a touchdown as a junior.
